Ronald Stanley Turner, 77, of Calhoun, Georgia died Sunday, April 4, 2021 after several years of declining health. He was born on January 9, 1943 in Ft Oglethorpe, Georgia to the late Stanley Turner and Lillian Evans Carr. He was preceded in  death by his brothers, Gene Childress, Gerald Childress, Tommy Childress, and Harold Turner. 

Ronald served in the United States Army from 1963 until 1966. He retired from Star Paper Tube. 

He is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Judy Faye Turner; sons and daugthers-in-law, Lane(Kimberly)Tow, Shane(Dixie)Tow, and Luke(Elizabeth)Tow; daughters and sons-in-law, Carla(LM)Henry, Wendy Turner, and Shannon(Christopher)Childers; grandchildren, Matthew and Christopher Stone, Amber McCullar, Jenifer Hughes, Jacob Tow, Hunter Childers, Hope Childers, Lily Tow, Ian Tow, John Turner Tow, Kaity Tow, Mark Tow, Jayden Turner, Joshua Turner, and Brandon Pickett; great grandchildren, Reagan Hughes, Karsyn Hughes, Wyatt Stone, Kimsey Tow, and Eli Tow. 

To honor his wishes his body was cremated and services will be announced at a later date.
