Obituary

Thelma Pinson Quinn, 83, of Barnesville, Ga passed away Sunday, March 27, 2022, at the residence of her daughters in Barnesville, Ga. She was born on February 23, 1939, to the late William Amos Pinson and Blanche Elizabeth Smith. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Quinn; children, Richard "Ricky" Byron Quinn, Brenda Kay Bailey, Gina Joy Langley; sons-in-law, Bruce Knowles and BB Bailey; and brother, Eugene Pinson. Prior to retirement, she was the property manager of Catoosa Senior Village in Calhoun.
Thelma is survived by her daughters, Sandra Renea Knowles, Angela Genai Chambers; brother, Joseph William Pinson; sister, Josephine Wade; grandchildren, Christopher Bailey, Amanda Floyd, Josh Knowles, Jeremy Chambers Morgan Bailey, Miranda Smith, Heather Holland, Jessica Langley, Byron Langley, and Cross Langley; and 24 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, April 6, 2022, from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home.
The funeral service will follow the visitation on Wednesday, April 6, 2022, at 3:00 PM in the Chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Fairview Church Of God Cemetery.
