Obituary

Teresa Kay Davis Balliew, age 63, of Adairsville, Georgia, died September 19, 2022, at her residence. She was born on July 23, 1959, to the late Bill and Lilly Mae Davis. She was preceded in death by her sister and brother-in-law, Sue and Tommy Smith, father-in-law and mother-in-law, Jack and Lillie Mae Balliew.
Teresa is survived by her husband, Ronald Balliew; sons and daughters-in-law, Bryan and Shanda Balliew, Brent and DeeDee Balliew; daughter and son-in-law, Cindy and Jody Sullivan; sisters and brother-in-law, Olivia and Grady Stafford, Electra Silvers, and Cathy Childress; grandchildren, McCoy (Tiffani) Sullivan, Lorne (Brittany) Sullivan, Madison (Joseph) Stoic, Asher (Afton) Sullivan, Noah (Rachel) Sullivan, Jackson Balliew, Eli Balliew, Tyler Balliew, and Ryleigh Hames; great-grandchildren, Amelia Sullivan, Natalie Sullivan, Kambree Sullivan, Wrenlee Sullivan, Greer Sullivan, and Clarke Sullivan. She is also survived by a special family friend, Julie Pennington.
Funeral Services will be held at Antioch Baptist Church on Thursday, September 22nd at 11:00 am with Rev. Justin Silver and Rev. Randy Muse officiating. Burial will follow in Fain Cemetery. Pallbearers are Noah Sullivan, Joseph Stoic, Jody Sullivan, Tyler Balliew, Jackson Balliew, and Eli Balliew. Honorary pallbearers are the Deacons of Antioch Baptist Church, Asher Sullivan, Lorne Sullivan, and McCoy Sullivan.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 21st, at Antioch Baptist Church from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Transitions Hospice.
