Teresa D Williams, 67, of Fairmount, Georgia and a long time resident of Dalton died Friday, August 13, 2021. She was born on June 1, 1954 in Acworth, GA, to Geraline Peden and the late Robert Hammontree.
Teresa was a Christian woman who loved the Lord and was very loved by so many. She enjoyed gardening, cross- stitching, and sewing.
She is survived by her husband, Michael Williams; daughters and son-in-law, Christa Bagley and Leslie Grimes of Dalton, and Leann (Cody) Childers of Fairmount; brothers, Rickey Hammontree, Robert Hammontree, Kendall McDonald, and Kevin McDonald of Dalton; sisters, Deborah Hammontree and Denise Hammontree Toccoa of Thomasville, GA; children by marriage, Brandon (Kristen) Williams of Calhoun, Julia Williams of New Orleans; grandchildren, Hope and Caleb Branson, Halle Bagley, Zachary Coleman, Bailey Grimes, Londyn Childers, and Brayson Childers; grandchildren by marriage, Keylee and Kayson Williams; great granddaughter, Emersyn Branson.
The family will have a celebration of life on Saturday, August 28, 2021, from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm at Family Life Center of Eastside Baptist Church. 913 E Morris St Dalton, GA 30721
