Sarah "Annie Ruth" Fleming

Sarah “Annie Ruth” Fleming, 71, of Chatsworth, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, June 18, 2025. She was born on September 12, 1953, to the late Nathan Young and Willie Faye Stone. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Randall Fleming and sister, Linda Trammell.

She was a member of Casey Springs Church of Christ.

Sarah is survived by her husband of 51 years, Stanley Fleming; sons, Calvin (Angela) Ray and Anthony (Amanda) Fleming; brothers, Roy (Crystal) Young, Raymond (Gail) Young, and Randall Young; sisters, Peggy Underhill and Angela Farris; grandchildren, Alaina (Brett) Culpepper, Emily (Quinn) Wagner, David Totherow, Daniel Totherow, Aidan Fleming, Brayden Fleming, and Gavin Fleming; great-grandchildren, Zella Culpepper and Luca Wagner.

The family will receive friends on Friday, June 20, 2025, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at 11:00 AM from the Chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Michael Stone officiating. Burial will follow in Casey Spring Church of Christ Cemetery. Pallbearers serving are Raymond Young, Aidan Fleming, Brayden Fleming, David Totherow, Jason Cronan, and Daniel Totherow. Gavin Fleming will serve as a honorary pallbearer.
