Ruth Ellen Greeson

Ruth Ellen Greeson, 81, of Calhoun, Georgia passed away on Saturday, April 27, 2024.  She was born in Calhoun, Georgia on December 11, 1942, to the late Frank and Madge Clements Seabolt, Sr.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 29 years, Dwight B. Greeson; brother, Ted Seabolt; sister, Sue Smith.

She is survived by her son, Bobby (Robyn) Greeson; daughters, Monica (Phil) Gray, Suzanne (Tony) Lovingood; brothers and sisters-in-law, Frank (Ginger) Seabolt, Jr., Don (Karen) Seabolt, Randy (Debbie) Seabolt, Kenny (Sharon) Seabolt; sisters and brother-in-law, Jean (Sanford) Sisson, Brenda Tomlinson; grandchildren Tyler (Sarah) Greeson, Payton (J.T.) Williams, Glenn (Mariah) Gray, Aaron (Deborah) Gray, Taylor (Brittany) Gray, Rachel (Dalton) Garcia, Drew (Will) Parsegian, Nolan Gray, Tia Cobb, Teagan (Corey) Moon, Lilli Lovingood, Jake Lovingood; great-grandchildren, Esther, Tabitha, and Charlie Greeson, Sutton Williams, Carley and Abigail Gray, Asher and Zalia Gray, Emerson, Madeline, and Blaise Gray.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 30, 2024, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 1, 2024, at 3:00 PM from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons with Rev. Eddie Brannon officiating.  Burial will follow in Haven of Rest Memorial Park.  Pallbearers serving are Todd Sisson, Craig Sisson, Tyler Greeson, Taylor Gray, Nolan Gray, Jake Lovingood, and J.T. Williams.
