Rita Dianne Hall

Rita Dianne Hall, 59, of Calhoun, Georgia, passed away Thursday, January 9, 2025. She was born in Greensboro, Georgia on March 22, 1965, to the late Charles Emory and Frances Elrod Brake. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, “Buster” Albert Brake and Terry Lanford, and sister, Elizabeth Meadows.

She was a member of Plainville Church of God of Prophecy. 

She is survived by her sons, Tony Jimmy Goforth (Candy) and Joshua Quinn Goforth; brothers, Charles Albert Brake, Tony Lankford, and Jeffery Brake; sisters, Emily Jane Brown, Cindy Patterson, and Edna Brake; grandchildren, Brittany Goforth, Kelly Fuller, Michele Hudspeth, Haley Goforth, Emmalyn Goforth, Kaylee Goforth, Addy Goforth, and Brandon Hudspeth; great-grandchildren, Amelia Mulkey, “Sweat Pea” Evora Rice, Adrienne Baldwin, and Reagan Hudspeth. Several nieces, nephews, and other relatives survive. 

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home. 

A graveside service will follow on Tuesday at Wesley Chapel Church Cemetery. Pallbearers are Jason Hunter, Timothy Brake, Anthony Brake, Brandon Hudspeth, Brittany Goforth, and Sandy Hudspeth.
