Obituary

Richard Harrell Spitler, 63, of Ranger, Georgia died Sunday, May 8, 2022, after a brief illness. He was born on March 27, 1959, in Atlanta, Georgia to Albert Harrell Spitler and the late Agnes Morrison Spitler.
Richard was a self-employed handyman.
He is survived by his father, Albert Harrell Spitler; son and daughter-in-law, Richard (Emma) Spitler; daughter and son-in-law, Karen (Greg) Harris; brother and sister-in-law, Bill (Sandy) Spitler; grandchildren, Channing Harris and Finn Harris; nephews, Brandon, Michael, Taylor, and Jonathan; one grand nephew and three grand nieces.
To honor his wishes his body was cremated, and a memorial service will be held Saturday, May 14, 2022, at 3:00 pm from the Chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm until the service hour.
