Randy Scotty Payne, of Plainville, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, May 14, 2022. He was born in Atlanta, Georgia to the late Dewey Payne and Alice Bates Payne. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Christa Elaine Payne; and sister, Tiwana Payne.
He is survived by his sons, Tony Causey, Randy Scotty Payne Jr.; daughters, Brandy Sheena Payne, Shelby Autumn Payne; brothers, Jay Payne, Scotty Payne, Jamie Payne, Nathan Payne; grandchildren, Caden, Kaylee, Brianna, Trinity, Gracelynn, Easton, BJ, Taylynn. He is also survived by many cousins, nephews, nieces, aunts, and uncles.
To honor his wishes, his body was cremated.
