Ralph Dennis Ivey, 73, of Ranger, Georgia died Sunday, December 19, 2021, after two years of declining health. He was born on August 28, 1948, in Commerce, Georgia to the late Ralph David and Mattie Lee Jordan Ivey.
Ralph was retired from the Gordon County Board of Education.
He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Justin and Jamie Ivey; daughters and son-in-law, Amy Ivey, Kim and Ronnie Rogers, Kelly Barb, and Dana Ivey McCaslin; brothers and sisters-in-law, Duane and Dianne Ivey and Terry and Greta Ivey; grandchildren, Emily Reece (Jimmy), Brandi Rogers, Kaleigh Hendricks, Zeke Barb, Shelby McCaslin, Jayden Ivey, Rhett Ivey, and Brodie Ivey; great grandchildren, Skyler Woodard, Addy Reece, Cati-Beth Edwards, Lane Reece, Ryker Edwards, and Oakley Hendricks.
A memorial gathering will be held Wednesday, December 22, 2021 from 12 noon until 2:00 pm at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home.
