Obituary

Phillip Thomas Wood, 60, of Resaca, passed away Tuesday, January 18, 2022. He was born in Trion, GA on June 15, 1961 to the late Milton "MT" and Peggy Sue Baldwin Wood. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister and brother-in-law, Beverly and James Mann; and special nephew, Justin Stinson.
Phillip is survived by his daughter, Isa Wood; sisters, Connie (Charles) Padgett, Donna Mitchell; nieces and nephews, Renee Stinson (Jody Head), Stephanie Mann (James Brock), Amanda (Quincy) Fain, Brittany Wood, Timothy (Emily) Wood; great-nieces and nephews, Mason Mann, Kaylee Brock, Nolan (Logan) Stinson, Gracie Walker, Jaden, Gracelie, and Paislee.
A memorial service will be held at a later date to be announced.
The family asks that donations be made to Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
The Brannon family and staff are honored to serve the family of Phillip Thomas Wood.
