Obituary

Pamela Kay Alysworth, 74, of Adairsville, Georgia died Tuesday , May 18, 2021 after several months of declining health. She was born on February 5, 1947 in Marietta, Georgia to the late Allan 'Dewayne' Aylsworth Sr and Lillie Ruth Atkins Aylsworth. She was preceded in death by her sister, Wendy Long; uncle Dilmers Atkins; aunts, Gladys Murphy, Mattie Lou Atkins, Sarah Atkins, and Francis McMahon.
Whatever piece of Earth God allowed her to have she made it beautiful with her talents of gardening. With the most amazing flowers that filled the air with the sweetest aromas. She was gifted with writing, poetry, and cooking. She enjoyed sewing and making things for those she loved. She most enjoyed being surrounded by her loved ones.
She is surived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Drew Craig (Judi) of Kennesaw, GA and Jamie Hyde (Amy) of Calhoun, GA; daughters and son-in-law, Jarie Burns (Jeff) of Adairsville, GA and Jessica Tinsley; brothers and sister-in-law, Dwight Aylsworth and Allan Aylsworth Jr (Betsy); grandchildren, Nick (Laura) Craig, Joe Craig, Matt Craig, Jilian (Marcus) Desmond, Joessie Thacker, Levi Rice, Jordan (Ben) Holt, Jasmine Hyde, Jayland Hyde, Adam Burns, and Christy Chapman; great grandchildren, Jack Craig, Jackson Pasley, Jace Thacker, Jaidon Luke Rice, Journie Rice, Emma Holt, Addison Holt, Makenzie Holt, and Jacob Desmond; other survivors include, Aunts, Eva Tripplet, Hattie Powers, Betty Jo Etheridge, and dorothy Barnwell; several nieces and nephews also survive.
The family will recieve friends on Saturday, May 22, 2021 from 11:00 AM until the service hour of 1:00 PM from Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home, with Allan Aylsworth Jr officiating.
