Obituary

Nannie Marie Holcomb, 78, of Calhoun, Georgia died Monday, June 28, 2021. She was born on September 22, 1942, in Calhoun, Georgia to the late Herman and Viola Boswell Kisselburg. She was preceded in death by her brother, JW Kisselburg; sisters, Martha Bagwell and Margaret Henson.
She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Kenneth and Kay Holcomb, and Phil and Penny Holcomb; daughter and son-in-law, Teresa and Marc Hammond; sister, Betty Chamlee; grandchildren, Brandon Holcomb, Jerrod Holcomb, Crystle Gordon, Heath Hammond, Holly Bryant, Josh Holcomb, Haley Lipscomb, Cody Brown, and Elon Moore; great grandchildren, Myles Gordon, Breagen and Gavin Holcomb; Trenton and Hunter Hollingsworth, Sadie Lipscomb, Hollis and Willow Holcomb; Trip and Finn Moore, Henry and Silas Brown, Lexi, Heather, and Chelsea Hammond, Brody and Branson Bryant, Knolan Adkins, Wade Grogan, and Braedyn Childers.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 30, 2021, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, July 1, 2021, at 11:00 AM from the Chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Burns officiating. Burial will follow in West Union Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers are, Brandon Holcomb, Jerrod Holcomb, Josh Holcomb, Cody Brown, T. J. Lipscomb, and Trent Hollinsworth.
