Nancy Irene Callaway

Mrs. Nancy Irene Callaway, age 70 of Calhoun, Georgia; died Thursday afternoon, February 22, 2007 at Gordon Hospital following a brief illness.

Mrs. Callaway was born on April 06, 1936 in Whitfield County; daughter of the late Edd and Fannie Mitchell. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Harden Callaway who died in 1993. During her lifetime; she was employed as an Inspector in the textile industry and was of the Baptist faith.

Mrs. Callaway is survived by a son and daughter-in-law; Bruce W. and Christa Mitchell and one granddaughter; Cheri Mitchell all of Calhoun. Two step grandsons; Dennis and David Prater of Calhoun. A very special grandson; Bruce Wayne Mitchell, Jr and his fiancA
