Obituary

Myra E. Werrell, 93, of Calhoun, died Thursday, September 30, 2021. She was born on January 27, 1928 to the late Colquitt C. Wade and Mossie Lowery Wade. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Edward Werrell; siblings, Jack Wade, Charlie Wade, Robert Wade, and Lucy Gray.
Many will remember her from being a hostess at Captain Ds in Dalton and Calhoun.
Myra is survived by her daughter, Brenda S. Densmore; siblings, John Wade and Pearl Leonard; grandchildren, Emily Farmer, Sarah Densmore, and Christopher Densmore.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at Heritage Baptist Church from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM.
The funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on October 6, 2021 at Heritage Baptist Church with Rev. Shane Parrott and Rev. Gary Tumberlin officiating. Burial will follow in Whitfield Memorial Gardens.
