Obituary

Mrs. Marguerite Thelma Lanham Dutton, 92, of Liberty Road, Adairsville, GA went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Wednesday, April 27, 2022, while surrounded by her loving family and caregivers.
Mrs. Dutton was born in Adairsville, Georgia on August 28, 1929, the daughter of the late Cleve and Lois Long Lanham. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Vernon Royce Dutton in 2013 and by her son, Jerry Dutton and his wife Carolyn; two brothers, Milton Lanham and Ovell Lanham
Survivors include her sons, Rev. Jeff Dutton and his wife Renee, Joel Dutton and his wife Misty; grandchildren, Melissa Self (Brian Weeks), Jeremy Dutton, Jennifer Dutton, Brooke (Jeremy) Springfield, Todd (Keisha) Dutton, Taylor Dutton; great-grandchildren, Meagan Johns, Morgan Reynolds, Lexie and J.T. Dutton, Marisa Self, Spencer Poarch, Anabelle Poarch, Sawyer Wyatt, Emma & Riggs Springfield. Step-grandchildren, Holly (Josh) Price, Joe Nix; step great-grandchildren, Dixie, Lucas and Wyatt; Nieces, Nephews, and other relatives also survive.
A service to celebrate Mrs. Duttons life will be conducted Saturday, April 30th at 2:00 PM from Victory Temple Church of God with Rev. Jeff Dutton and Dr. James Shope officiating. The music will be arranged by Elaine Bearder. Pallbearers serving include, Jeremy Dutton, Todd Dutton, Taylor Dutton, Spenser Poarch, Jeremy Springfield, and Bryan Weeks.
The family will receive friends Friday, April 29th at Victory Temple Church of God, Lovers Lane Road, Calhoun, Georgia between the hours of 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
The family would like to express their appreciation and thanks to Regency Southern Care Hospice and Helping Hearts Home Companions for their love and care.
