Lisa Nicholson McNeese

Lisa Beth Nicholson McNeese, 60, of Calhoun died unexpectedly Friday morning, July 14, 2023.

Lisa was born in Gordon County, Georgia on March, 6, 1963, the daughter of the late Felton and Betty Hudgens Nicholson. She was a member of the 1982 graduating class of Calhoun High School and was of the Christian faith and a Baptist.

Lisa loved her family dearly, she and Stan enjoyed traveling, going to concerts, dining out with friends, and just sitting at home enjoying each other’s presence. Where you saw one, you saw the other, they did everything together.

Survivors include her loving husband, Stan McNeese to whom she was married for 38 years; daughter, Katie McNeese Woody, and her husband Kirk; son, Tyler McNeese; grandchildren, Kase Woody, Oliver McNeese and Nora Woody; sister, Sharon Harrell; brother, Tony Nicholson; brother-in-law, Kim McNeese, and his wife Jan; nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

The family invites you to a gathering of family and friends to celebrate Lisa’s life on Tuesday, July 18, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Max Brannon & Sons Funeral Home.
