Laura Woods

Mrs. Laura Reisner Woods age 51 of Calhoun passed away Wednesday September 27, 2006 at her residence. She was born in Ladysmith, Wisconsin on April 19, 1955 daughter of the late Donald Lawrence Reisner and Ida Hall Reisner of Calhoun.

She is survived by her husband of thirty-two years Jackie Woods of Calhoun. One daughter and son-in-law April and Rafael Martinez of Calhoun. One son and daughter-in-law Jason and Jennifer Woods of Calhoun. Her mother; Ida Hall Reisner of Calhoun. Three brothers; Larry Reisner of Rome, Terry Reisner of Calhoun and Junior Reisner of Jasper, Alabama. Two sisters; Judy Nance of Calhoun and Mary Ann Bohannan of Sugar Valley. Two grandchildren; Grace and Hector Martinez of Calhoun also survives.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Laura Reisner Woods will be conducted Sunday at 3:00 p.m. from the chapel of Max Brannon & Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Donnie Patterson officiating. Interment will follow in the Scott Cemetery. Active pallbearers serving will include William Caldwell Sr., William Caldwell Jr., Robert Caldwell, Rafael Martinez, Bradley Wright and James Blalock. These gentlemen are asked to meet at the funeral home Sunday at 2:30 p.m. The family will receive friends at Max Brannon & Sons Funeral Home Saturday after 1:00 p.m.
