Obituary

Larry Ray Hatfield Sr., 72, of Calhoun, Georgia died Wednesday, April 27, 2022, after two years of declining health. He was born on September 23, 1949, in Toledo, Ohio to the late Stanley and Vernice Morgan Hatfield.
Larry served in the United States Air Force as a Senior Master Sergeant for 22 years before retiring.
He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Larry Ray (Beth) Hatfield Jr.of Calhoun; daughter, Valerie Thomas of Calhoun; brother and sister-in-law, Terry (Johnnie) Hatfield of Ohio; grandchildren, Dylan, Ava, Carson, Kristin, Lexi, and Chole; great-grandchildren, Xavier, Logan, Ollie, and Josie; niece, Barb Hatfield; nephew, John Carl Hatfield; the mother of his children, Carolyn Brooks.
To honor his wishes his body was cremated, and a memorial service will be held Saturday, April 30, 2022 at 5:00 pm from the Chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 30, 2022 from 3:00 pm until the service hour of 5:00 pm.
