Kimbal Hoil Guffey
June 3, 1938 — December 1, 2013
Mr. Kimbal Hoil Guffey, age 75 of Calhoun, GA passed away Sunday, December 1, 2013 at Gordon Hospital following several months declining health. He was born in Meigs County, TN on June 3, 1938, son of the late John and Goldie Guffey.
He is survived by his children, Billy Jack Guffey and Susie Gravitt of Calhoun, Robert Bruce Guffey, Kimbal Grant Guffey and his wife Judy of Calhoun, Alan Copeland, and Gene Gleffey; a sister, Nell Lunsford of Sweetwater, GA; grandchildren, Krystal Kimsey and Chris Mann; and great-grandchildren, Blake Kimsey, Christian Parker, Dylan Mann, and Misha Mann.
Funeral services for Mr. Kimbal Hoil Guffey will be held Wednesday, December 4th at 1:00 PM from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home, with Rev. Greg Burgner officiating. Music will be arranged by Susie Gravitt. Cremation will follow the service.
The Guffey family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM.
