Obituary

Judy Diane Parker, age 68 of Ranger, GA, passed away on Thursday, October 27th, 2022, surrounded by her beloved husband and daughters.
Judy was the daughter of the late Bobbie and Clois Collis of Ranger, GA. She was preceded in death by her dear son Richie Dover, her baby brother Chris Collis, and sister-in-law Patricia Collis.
Judy is survived by her loving husband and best friend of 40 years, Thomas "Tommy" Parker, her daughters Michelle (Cleve) Corley, Barbie (Jeff) Stevens, and Haley (Bobby) Walden. Grandchildren Amber Corley, CJ Corley, Katelin McPherson, Alyceson McPherson, Cullen Norry, Deagan Walden, Vance Walden, and bonus grandson Dawson Cline. Great grandchildren Jackson Corley, Brayden Newport, and Evelyn Wooten. Brother Terry Collis and sister Janet (Bill) Cronon and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Judy was an extraordinary woman who showed her family the purest and unconditional love. She loved her family with all her heart, and that showed with every decision she made and every prayer she prayed. She always put her family first, and the love that she showed never went unfelt. Judy enjoyed the simple things in life. She was happiest when she was spending time with her family, including her spoiled rotten dogs, Buddy & Harley, and several "grandpups". She was a woman of faith and had many talents, including being an amazing floral designer, crafter, quilter, caregiver, and the best cook around. Her happy place was sitting on her back porch, drinking coffee and watching her hummingbirds. She was our rock, our strength, our comfort, our guiding light. The family will receive friends on November 6th, 2022, at 1 oclock in the chapel at Max Brannon and Sons, followed by a celebration of life service at 2 oclock.
The family asks in lieu of flowers, donations are made to the cemetery fund at Liberty Baptist Church in Ranger, GA.
The Brannon family and staff are honored to serve the family of Judy Diane Parker.
