John E. Stephens

John E. Stephens, 87, of Summerville Georgia Passed away after a long illness on Monday, March 20, 2023. He was born in La Junta Colorado on March 10, 1936, to the late Ernest Eugene and Nora B. Stephens Demerest. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Dorothy Fay Stephens, Sons, Billy Stephens, John A. Dodson and Daughter Therese Sisk and granddaughter Christy Stephens.

He is survivided by his son, Donald (Glenda) Dodson, Daughter Patricia (Paul) Andersen. Sisiters, Mary Ann Moss, Freda Demarest, Imogene (Al) Boles, and Ginger Nichols. Grand childeren , Kimberly Drain, John W. Dodson, Terri Brown, Wendy Mann, Christy Simmons, Jerry Sisk, Billy (BJ) Stephens, Maria Trowbridge Luke, Joseph Andersen, Selinda Andersen, Heather Andersen, Paul (Callie) Andersen Jr., Alicia Young, 38 Great Grand childeren and 18 Great, Great Grand childeren.

To honor his wishes he will be cremeted and ashes to join his wife Dorothy. A memorial service will be held at a later date and will be announced by Max Brannon and Sons.
