Jo Etta Teas

Jo Etta (Howard) Teas, 78, of Calhoun, Georgia, passed away on Monday, June 3, 2024. She was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, on April 8, 1946, to the late Alexander and Bessie Wooten Howard. She was preceded in death by her husband of 30 years, Paul James Teas.

Jo is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Janna and Laurence Mauldin; brother and sister-in-law, Milford and Dean Howard; grandchildren, Hannah Rich, Hannah Burtnett, Brenlee Hite, Hannah Doolittle, Phillip Doolittle, Joshua Doolittle, Benjamin Doolittle, Molly Reagan, Gracie Reagan, Katie Teas, and John Teas. She is also survived by her special friends, Alisa Harvey and Susan Nabulsi. 

The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 8, 2024, from 12:00 Noon until 2:00 PM at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home.

A memorial service will follow on Saturday, June 8, 2024, at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Paul Gay officiating. 

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her honor to Serenity Foundation Gives.
