Jeremy Matthew Sturgeon, 37, of Tunnel Hill, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, April 21, 2026. He was born in Snellville, Georgia, on July 31, 1988, to Rose Marie Hope and the late Thomas Allen Sturgeon Sr.

Jeremy served his country in the United States Army.

Jeremy is survived by his sons, Kaden Allen Sturgeon (Summer) and Elijah Matthew Sturgeon; daughter, Lacey Marie Sturgeon; mother and step-father, Rose Marie and Jesse Hope; brother, Thomas Allen Sturgeon Jr.; sister, Jennifer Amanda Sturgeon; aunts and uncles, Ronnie Tillery and family, Christopher Tillery, Marvin Freeman, Lisa and Tony Cooper, Helen Renay and Wendell Parker, Sheila Woods, and Sherry Harvey; niece, Jennie Rose Sturgeon; and a host of cousins and other relatives.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be conducted on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 11:00 AM from the Chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home with Jack Sanford officiating.

Burial will follow in Campton United Methodist Church Cemetery in Monroe, Georgia, at 3:00 PM.
