Obituary

James Lamar "Jamie" Tilley, 46, of Calhoun, passed away at his residence on Saturday, May 22, 2022. He was born on September 30, 1975, in Gainesville, Georgia; the son of Dr. Larry Tilley and Jerri Freeman Tilley Landrum. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, his brother, Grayson, and other relatives.
He received his education in the Rome Public School System and was an avid Atlanta Falcons Fan.
He loved and was loved by his mom Jerri, and step-dad Douglas, his dad Larry, and Step-mom Judy, his four siblings, Jennifer (Chris), Lauren (Kent), Chris (Nina), Katie (Blake). He also had eleven nieces, and nephews, several aunts, uncles, family members, and friends who loved him.
Jamies family will have a private family service with burial to follow in Floyd Memory Gardens.
The Brannon family and staff are honored to serve the family of James Lamar "Jamie" Tilley.
