James Dennis Cain Jr

Mr. James Dennis Cain Jr., age 44 of Plainville, died Tuesday, July 12, 2011 at his residence following several months of illness.

He was born on November 26, 1966 in Fulton County, GA, son of James Cain, Sr. and the late Myrna Lee Tucker Cain. In addition to his mother, he was also preceded in death by a brother, Charles Largin.

During his lifetime he was employed in the textile industry and attended the Echota Baptist Church.

Mr. Cain is survived by his wife, Cheryl Annette Haney Cain, to whom he was married for twelve years: a daughter, Leah Michelle Cain of Plainville; father, James Cain, Sr. and his wife Betty of Calhoun; three sisters, Yvonne Reese of Fruitland Park, FL, Debi Patterson and her husband Ricky of Cartersville, and Dawn Maille and her husband Harvey of Kingston; two brothers, Jason Cain and his wife Heather, and Bryan Cain, both of Calhoun; and grandmother, Mable Bernice Driggers of Calhoun. Aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.

Funeral services for Mr. James Dennis Cain Jr. will be conducted Saturday, July 16, 2011 at 4:00pm from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home, with Rev. Randy Davis officiating. Pallbearers will include Matt Patterson, Mike Patterson, Kevin Maille, Kenney Delaney, Jason Blake and Brian Cain. Interment will follow the service in the Haven of Rest Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home on Saturday from 1:00pm until the funeral hour of 4:00pm.
