Jack Harry Holcomb

Mr. Jack Harry Holcomb, age 68 of LaFayette, GA, passed away Sunday, November 8, 2009 following a brief illness. He was born in Walker County on June 4, 1941, son of the late Mack and Dorothy Holland Holcomb. During his lifetime, Mr. Holcomb was employed by the Piggly Wiggly in Calhoun as a Market Manager.

Survivors include a son, Jeff Holcomb of LaFayette; two brothers, Noah Holcomb of Warner Robbins, and Robert Holcomb of LaFayette; two grandchildren, Tiffany Holcomb and Ashley Smith; a great-grandchild, Christina Simer; and special friends, Danny and Rebecca Parker, and Kelly Parker. Nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services for Mr. Jack Harry Holcomb will be conducted Wednesday, November 11th at 11:00am from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home, with Bro. Sammy Allen officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday from 4:00pm until 9:00pm.
