Infant Gracie May Payne

Obituary

Miss Gracie was born and died on July 19, 2021 due to complications of a neurological problem called Ancephelphy. Even though she was very small she had the hearts of many and was very loved. She is survived by her mother and Father, Jason Robert Payne and Emily Nicole Payne, of Calhoun, Georgia. Brother Kevin Robert Payne also of Calhoun. She is also survived by her Grandparents James and Teresa Defoor, Ellijay, Georgia ; Sue and Jeff Wethington, of Liberty, Kentucky. Great grandparents Gail and Wayne Bishop of Calhoun, Ga. Several Uncles, Aunts, Nieces, Nephews, and cousins survive. She is preceded in death by her Great Grandparents Lowell and Maureen Grant of Ellijay. Also Preceded in death by her Great Uncle Steve Cooper of Calhoun Georgia. The family would love to thank all the nurses and staff and prayers at Advent Health Maternity ward for helping with the delivery of Miss Gracie. We would like to thank everyone for the prayers and to please continue to pray for this long road ahead.
