Obituary

Hilda "Sandy" Dianna Harrison, 61, of Dalton, Ga passed away Wednesday, January 19, 2022. She was born on July 11, 1960 to the late Lewis Calvin and Lucy Mae Miller Harrison. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Pamela Harrison.
Sandy was a caring person, who would give you her shirt off her back and last dollar. She loved her "many dogs", enjoyed spending time with her grandkids, and had to have a Coke Zero daily.
Sandy is survived by her children, Justin Morton, Buddy Philips (Karen), Chaston Howard (Jennifer), Robin Curtis (Quinton Winston); siblings, Terry Harrison (Donna), Brenda Fox (Ronnie); grandchildren, Lachance Mims, LaMonta Swanson, Kendez Griffin, Jayden Boston, Jalen Moore, Ayden Roberts, Alayshia Morton, Zaeyln Morton, Maddie Morton, Radiance Phillips, Arianna Howard, Sebastian Howard; special friends, Ashley Love, Joyce Miller, Glenda Hightower, Mikayla Lay, Judy McCormick; and special niece, Marlene Ogles.
A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at 3:00 PM from the pavilion behind the Calhoun Recreation Department, where the new baseball field is located.
