Obituary

Hazel Young Gravley, 71, of the Sonoraville community died Monday, February 25, 2019 at Redmond Regional Medical Center. She was born in Pickens County on March 7, 1947, daughter of the late Doyle and Leoma Hamrick Young. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Gravley; a brother, Randall Young; and a brother-in-law, Jackie Parker. Hazel was a member of Canaanland Christian Center.
Survivors include her children, William (Billy) Harold Bradshaw and his wife Pam, Bryan Keith Bradshaw, Raymond Ray (Cooter) Hall, Charlotte Leilania Kay and her husband Ricky Guiney, Crystal Regina Cole and her husband Jerry, Brandon Bradshaw; her step-daughters, Tanya Young and Selena and Richard Avery; grandchildren, Seth Adams, Darrell Bradshaw, Zachary Hall, Tiffany Hall, Jasmine Hall, Blake Cole, Brooke Cole, Cliff Bradshaw, Jessie Bradshaw, Todd Bradshaw, and Jacob Bradsahw; 14 great-grandchildren; her brothers, EJ Young and his wife Phyliss, Quillian Young, MC Young and his wife Connie, and Tracy Young and his wife Lynn; and her sisters, Suelane Redd and her husband Buddy, Carolyn Parker, and Marcella Haswell and her husband Billy.
The visitation begins Friday, March 1st at 4:00 p.m. at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home. The funeral service will be on Saturday, March 2, 2019, in the funeral home chapel, at 2:00 p.m. Bro. Lamar Long and Bro. Tim Redd will officiate. Burial will follow at Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery.
