Gregory Paul Dennis, age 54, of Calhoun, Georgia, passed away on June 8, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love, strength, and cherished memories.

Greg was a devoted father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend. He was known for the love he had for his family. Those who knew him will remember his sense of humor and the lasting impact he made on the lives of those around him.

Above all, Greg was proud of his daughters, Makinsey (Dennis) Gordon and Raegan Dennis. He loved them deeply and treasured every moment spent with them. He was also the proud new grandfather of Ella Ruth Gordon, who brought him immense joy and whom he loved dearly. His love, guidance, and devotion to his family will remain with them always.

Among Greg’s greatest passions was his love for firearms. He enjoyed collecting, shooting, and learning about them, and he could often be found sharing stories, knowledge, and time with others who shared his interest. His hobbies brought him joy and connected him with many friends throughout his life.

Greg spent his life building meaningful relationships and creating memories with family and friends. He left an impression that will not be forgotten.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Ruth Elaine Dennis.

He is survived by his daughters, Makinsey (Dennis) Gordon and Raegan Dennis; his son-in-law, Augustis Gordon; his beloved granddaughter, Ella Ruth Gordon; his former wife, Kyndall Maddron, with whom he shared many years and two beloved daughters; and many other family members and friends who will cherish his memory forever.

While his passing leaves an immeasurable void, Greg’s legacy will continue through those who knew and loved him. His memory will live on in the stories shared, the lessons he taught, and the love he gave.

Gregory Paul Dennis will be forever loved, deeply missed, and never forgotten.
