Obituary

Glenn L. Gallman, 77, of Chatsworth, GA died Thursday, June 9, 2022, after a brief illness. He was born on March 25, 1945, in Murray County to the late Gordon and Tilda Leatherwood Gallman. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Jerry Gallman and Charles Douglas "Doug" Gallman, and sisters, Pam Slaughter and Virginia Ballew.
Glenn proudly served in the United States Army and was honorably discharged in 1971. Prior to retirement, he along with his brother, Doug Gallman owned and operated Gallman's Garage for many years.
He is survived by his brothers, Bob Gallman, Tommy Gallman (Marie), and Larry Gallman (Reba); sisters, Ruby Gallman and Shirley Douglas; a special friend, Linda Seabolt along with several nieces, nephews, and other relatives also survive.
To honor his wishes his body was cremated, and a memorial service will be Monday, June 13, 2022, at 2:00 pm from the Chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home with Military Honors conducted by the United States Army Honor Guard, Rev. Derrick Ingle will officiate. The family will receive friends from 12 noon until the service hour of 2:00 pm.
