Obituary

Mrs. Geraldine Phillips Stone, 69, of Calhoun, Georgia passed away Wednesday evening, February 9, 2022, at AdventHealth Gordon following two months of declining health
Geraldine was born in Bartow County, Georgia on February 7, 1953, the daughter of the late Max and Pearline McEntyre Phillips. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Johnny Phillips, Max Phillips Jr., and Jimmy Phillips; sister Linda Phillips. Geraldine loved her family dearly. Prior to her retirement, she was employed by Mannington.
Survivors include her husband, James Winston Stone to whom she was married for 19 years; daughters, Angel (Eric) Morris, Starla (Chad) Barker; sons, Steven Cole, Darrell Cole, Jamie (Erin) Stone; sister, Betty (Doug) Harris; brothers, Charles (Barbara) Phillips, Roy Phillips, David Phillips; grandchildren, Hailey Cole, Devin and Dawson Cole, Parker and Nora Stone, Wayne and Luke Manning; great-grandchild, Dylan Cole; a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Funeral services for Geraldine Phillips Stone will be held on Monday, February, 14th at 3:00 from the chapel of Max Brannon & Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Phillips officiating. Interment will follow in Fain Cemetery. Pallbearers serving will include, Devin Cole, Dawson Cole, Wayne Manning, Luke Manning, Jamie Stone, Eric Morris, and Parker Stone.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, February 14th between the hours of 1:00 PM until the funeral hour of 3:00 PM.
The Brannon family and staff are honored to serve the family of Mrs. Geraldine Phillips Stone, 69, of Calhoun.
