Obituary

Geneva Mae Pulliam Gentry, 86, of Calhoun, died Friday, October 1, 2021. She was born on February 26, 1935 to the late V.D. Pulliam and Ora Jane Dean Pulliam. She was preceded in death by her husband, J.B. Gentry; siblings, Garry Pulliam, Vernon Pulliam, and Ellen Hensley; brothers-in-law, Oliver Hensley, Glenn Buchanan, Fred Brock; sister-in-law, Estalene Pulliam.
She is survived by her siblings, Gene Pulliam, Melven Pulliam, Mildred Brock, Brenda Godfrey, and Ann Buchanan; sisters-in-law, Barbara Pulliam, Janice Pulliam, Shelby Pulliam; brother-in-law, Jim Godfrey. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
The family will receive friends Monday, October 4, 2021 from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home.
The funeral service will follow the visitation at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Winfred Casey and Rev. Walter Hare officiating.
