Obituary

Evie Norma Alexander Metts, 82, of Adairsville, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, November 27, 2022. She was born in Naples, Florida, on October 16, 1940, to the late Benny Alexander and Dorothy McLenon. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Warren Metts; her daughter, Debbie Smith; and sister, Cindy McLenon.
Evie is survived by her daughters and son-in-law, Angela and Timothy Snodgrass, Dorothy Osteen; brother, Andrew McLenon; sister and brother-in-law, Jennifer and Raymond Lindsey; grandchildren, Stephanny Spraggins (David), Amanda Goforth, Jessica Ryan, Alyssa Snodgrass- Byrd (Stephen), Jennifer Snodgrass, Jayson VanNostrand; great-grandchildren, Morgan Goforth, Emma Spraggins, Clayton Ryan, Elijah Ryan, Kayla Lindsey, Madison Lindsey, and Katie Lindsey.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 3, 2022, from 12:00 Noon until 1:00 PM at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home.
The funeral service will follow the visitation on Saturday at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home, with Rev. Luke Morgan officiating. Burial will follow in Erwin Hill Church of God Cemetery.
The Brannon family and staff are honored to serve the family of Evie Norma Alexander Metts.
