Dorothy Jean Ledford

Dorothy “Dottie” Jean Ledford, 55, of Ranger, Georgia, departed her beautiful life on Saturday, March 2, 2024.  She was born on October 11, 1968, to Clayton and Geraldine Stanley.

Dottie had been in declining health over the last five years.  While she lost her battle with cancer in this life, she is now with her Lord and Savior and will have everlasting life.  She passed away peacefully at home with her loving husband by her side.  She was a Christian woman who loved animals, camping, and most importantly, she loved her family.

Dottie is survived by her husband, Ronnie Ledford; daughter, Tailetha Quiroz; son, William Blake Quiroz; grandchildren, Tailynn and Tapper Finley; sister, Angie Johns.

To honor her wishes, her body was cremated, and no formal service will be held.  She will be missed, but her memories remain.  In lieu of flowers, she would want donations to go to ovarian cancer research.
