Obituary

Dorothy Edna Woodall Pasley, 90, of Calhoun, Georgia died Tuesday, November 16, 2021, after an extended illness. She was born on April 30, 1931, in Calhoun, Georgia to the late Chester Lee Woodall and Leah Gramling Woodall. She was preceded in death by her husband, Barber Gene Pasley; brothers, Herbert Woodall and Kenneth Woodall; sister. Wyolene Hughey.
Dorothy was a teacher for 31 years. She taught many grade levels though out her career. She retired from W.L. Swain Elementary. She was a member of Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Gail (Ralph) Kinman, Beth (Shayne) Herod, and Becky (Barry) Hulsey; grandchildren, Brad Kinman, Jennifer Gentry, Blakely Herod, Samuel Herod, Clara Hulsey, and Catie Hulsey; 6 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild.
The family will receive friends on Friday, November 19, 2021, from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm at Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church.
The funeral will follow the visitation at 4:00 pm at Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church, with Pastor Greg Burgner officiating. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery. Pallbearers are, Barry Hulsey, Shayne Herod, Brad Kinman, Ralph Kinman, and Blakely Herod.
