Obituary

Doris Ann Patterson Buttrum, 64, of Fairmount, Georgia died Friday, July 9, 2021 at Cartersville Medical Center following several years declining health.
Mrs. Buttrum was born in Fannin County, Georgia, daughter of the late Otis and Grace Norton Patterson. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Mr. JM Buttrum; a grandson, Andrew Silvers; two brothers, CJ and Phillip Patterson.
Mrs. Buttrum attended Fannin County Schools and prior to ill health was employed by Robertex as a winder operator.
Survivors include her Daughter, Susan Buttrum Hosker and her husband David; son, Jody Buttrum and his wife Sheena; step-son, Terry Buttrum; grandchildren, Austin and Justin Silvers, Devin Buttrum and Alyssa Buttrum;. Brothers, James Patterson, Doug Patterson, Ronald Patterson, Randy Patterson; sisters, Lois Hunter and Denise Patterson along with a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Funeral services to celebrate the life of Doris Ann Buttrum will be held Tuesday, July 13th at 3:00 PM from the chapel of Max Brannon & Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Annette Cross officiating. Interment will follow in Fairview Church of God Cemetery. Pallbearers serving will include Terry Buttrum, Michael Cline, Randy Patterson, Justin DeLong, Justin Silvers and Devin Buttrum.
The family will receive friends Sunday, July 11th, between the hours of 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM and Monday, July 12th from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM and on July 13th from
