Denise Sheriff Greeson, 55, of Calhoun died on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at Redmond Regional Medical Center. Denise was born in Gordon County on September 20, 1966. She was the daughter of the late Kenneth E. Sheriff Sr. and Peggy Ann Hall. Denise was a member of the Adairsville Church of God. She was an LPN and was a certified nursing assistant instructor at the CNA School.
Denise is survived by her husband, Byron Tatum Greeson, to whom she has been married for eighteen years; her daughters, Tiffany Fuller and Tonya Pritchett; her step-son, Marshall (Felicia) Greeson; her siblings, Darlene Daniel (Darrell Byrd), Lynn (Charles) Maloney, and Rev. Kenny (Sharon) Sheriff; her grandchildren, Destiny Fuller, Conan Fuller, and Daniel Pritchett; her great-granddaughter, Stephanie Garner; many other relatives and friends.
Denises family will receive friends on Friday, January 7, 2022, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home. The funeral service will be conducted Saturday, January 8, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. from the funeral home chapel. Pastor Ken Coomer and Rev. Kenny Sheriff will officiate. Burial will follow the service at Haven of Rest Memorial Park.
