David Bearden

James David Brarden, 65, of Calhoun, Georgia, passed away April 7, 2026, at his residence following several years declining health.

David was born in Whitfield County, Georgia on July 10, 1960, the son of the late Rev. John and the late Tina L. Bearden.

David had worked in the textile industry as a forklift operator until ill health forced his retirement.

Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Chase & Alexis Santoro- Bearden; three grandchildren Nolan, Rose and Asher Bearden; sister, Martha Bearden Dabbers and her husband Alan; brother, Danny Bearden and his wife Marilee, along with other relatives.

A gathering to remember David’s life will be on Friday, April 10, 2026, between the hours of 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM at Max Brannon & Sons Funeral Home, 705 Old Red Bud Road, Calhoun, GA 30701.
