Clara Victoria Keeney Kilgore

Clara Victoria Keeney Kilgore, 83, of Adairsville, Georgia died Monday, May 1, 2023, after six months of declining health. She was born on July 30, 1939, in Cartersville, Georgia to the late Grover and Bertha Quarles Keeney. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 32 years, John Robert Kilgore; brothers, G.C. Keeney, Howard “Mutt” Keeney, Frank Kenney, Grady Keeney, Thomas Keeney, and Roy Keeney; sisters, Helen Keeney Clayton, Roxy Meadows, and Martha Choate.

Prior to retirement she was employed by Sewell Plastics.

She is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law, Thomas P. White, Lee Earnest White Jr, George Wylie White (Donna), and Joshua Randall Kilgore; daughter and son-in-law, Sarah Jane White (Cajun Tate); grandchildren, Deana White Blair, Kristi L. Lovell, Preston White, Tiffany Stewart, Sydney Kilgore, Grant Kilgore, and Cody White; great grandchildren, Bridget Ellis, Trenity Lovell, Cheyanne Blair, Sierra Blair, Paisley White, Lily White, and Kate Stewart; several nieces, nephews, and other relatives survive.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 4, 2023, from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home.

A graveside service will be held Friday, May 5, 2023, at 2:00 pm Cheatham Hill Memorial Park with Rev. Bobby Cheeks officiating.
