Clara Mae Hatfield

Mrs. Clara Mae Hatfield, 91 of Calhoun, died Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at Gordon Hospital. She was born in Cherokee County, GA on April 9, 1926, daughter of the late Walter and Retha Marie McCoy Bohannon. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Nat Hatfield, in 1983; her son, Charles Hatfield; three brothers; and two sisters.
Survivors include her daughters and son-in-law, Glenda Howren of Calhoun, Bobbie Harris of Cartersville, and Joyce and Marvin Blalock of Adairsville; seventeen grandchildren; thirty great-grandchildren; and twenty-seven great-great grandchildren.
Services to honor the life of Mrs. Clara Mae Hatfield will be held Friday, April 28th at 4:00 PM from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home, with Rev. Joel Dupree officiating.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, April 27th from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM, and on Friday, April 28th, from 1:00 PM until the service hour of 4:00 PM.
