Obituary

Mrs. Charlene C. Ball, 74, of Calhoun, Georgia, passed away on September 24, 2022 at AdventHealth Redmond in Rome, Georgia following declining health.
Mrs. Ball was born in Orangeburg, South Carolina on November 4, 1947 the daughter of the late, Charles and Dorothy Cunio. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Maurice "Ray" Ball in 2012. Prior to retirement, she was employed by US Express and was a team driver with her late husband.
Survivors include her son, Samuel Ball and his wife Tina of Calhoun, GA; one daughter, Jeannie Fort of Sandy Ridge, NC; grandchildren, Nikki Fort, Trey Ball, Nancy Fort, Brittany Payne, Tara Degenhardt, Amy Kyle, Jenna Alibert; twelve great-grandchildren along with other relatives.
It was Mrs. Balls decision to be cremated and no public service has been planned at this time.
