Obituary

Carol McKeehan Bowers, 79, of Calhoun, Georgia died Wednesday, June 8, 2022, after six months of declining health. She was born on October 27, 1942, to the late Willis and Cora Curtis McKeehan. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Angela Bowers; brothers, Harold McKeehan and Billy McKeehan.
She is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, William Clarence Bowers; son and daughter-in-law, William "Billy" Bowers (Christy); grandchildren, William "Tyler", Charity, Hope, and Sierra; several nieces and nephews also survive.
The family will receive friends on Friday, June 10, 2022, from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home.
The funeral will be conducted on Saturday, June 11, 2022, at 2:00 pm from the Chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Vince Gulledge officiating. Burial will follow in Haven of Rest Memorial Park.
