Brenda Jo Smith

Brenda Jo Smith, 77, of Chatsworth, Georgia, formally of Calhoun, Georgia passed away Saturday, June 17, 2023. She was born on May 29, 1946, in Dalton, Georgia to the late Harris “Harry” and Mary Jo Richardson Stacy. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Gordon Smith, brother, Bobby Stacy.

Brenda was affiliated with the Church of Christ.

She is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law, Leland (Jessica) Lynch, Philip Lynch, and William Moss; brother, Harry Stacy Jr., grandchildren, Samantha (Jeremy) Ensley, Mallory (Steve) Clock, Sabrina (Brandon) Fallenstein, Aaron Lynch, Kristen Moss, Ashley Crowder, Ray Smith, Danial Smith, and Samantha Smith; great-grandchildren, Madison Ensley, Stetson Ensley, Emerson Ensley, Braydin Crowder, and Jazlin Crowder; other relatives and several friends also survive.

The family will receive friends on Friday, June 23, 2023 from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home.

The funeral will follow the visitation at 3:00 pm from the Chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Keith Reid officiating. Burial will be in Chandler Cemetery. Pallbearers are, Danial Smith, Jeremy Ensley, Aaron Lynch, and Brandon Fallenstein. Honorary Pallbearer, Stetson Ensley.

In lieu of flowers the family suggest donations be made to the National Alzheimer's Association.
