Brenda Joan Jones

Brenda Joan Jones, 79, of Calhoun, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, July 14, 2026. She was born in Calhoun, Georgia, on June 23, 1947, to the late Jewell and Ruth Fuller. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Charles Fuller; sister, Rita Lough and nephew David Fuller.

She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Randall Jones; son, Derek (Kim) Jones; granddaughter, Amy Wilhite; brother, Jerry (Teresa) Fuller; brother-in-law, Tussy Lough; sister-in-law, Mary Fuller; nephews, Todd Fuller, Barrett Fuller, Cash Ridley, Cade Pepin; Michael Fuller; nieces, Hope Ridley, Emma Ridley, Blaire Fuller, Reece Fuller and Tonya Cooke

Brenda was an outstanding athlete, excelling in basketball and softball. She loved her family and her church. She was a caregiver to many senior citizens.

The family will receive friends on Friday, July 17, 2026, from 12:00 Noon until 3:00 PM at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 17, 2026, at 3:00 PM from the Chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Brandon Bishop and Rev. Eddie Brannon officiating. Burial will follow in Haven of Rest Memorial Park. Pallbearers serving are Todd Fuller, Barrett Fuller, Tussy Lough, Lance Harris, Daulton Pepin, and Scotty Welch.
