Bradley Ernest Rogers

Bradley Ernest Rogers, 72, of Rydal, Georgia, passed away on Friday, May 2, 2025, at his residence. He was born on July 30, 1952, in Detroit, Michigan, to the late Virgil E. Rogers and Lillian Kyle Rogers. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Roy Rogers.

Bradley is survived by his wife of 53 years, Audrey Ruth Parr Rogers; son, Jeremy Ernest Rogers; brother, James E. (Faye) Rogers Sr.; sister, Margaret Watson; cousins-in-law, Ramona Kirby, Joan (Johnny) McDaniel, Dianne Parr; best friend, Harris Kirby, aunts, Judy Quillen of Arizona, Barbara Jean Burnett of Dalton; many nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.

He worked in many different carpet mills through the years, O’Jay Mills, Horizon/ Mohawk for 30 years, Shaw for 10 years. He also worked at Echota Cotton Mill, and Gordon County Schools, Engineered Floors, Springs Industry, and Western Plastics. He loved cats. He was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church of Oostanaula and attended Barrett Road Church of God.

To honor his wishes, his body will be cremated, and services will be held at a later date.

The family request that instead of flowers, contributions may be made in Mr. Roger’s memory to Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home to help defray funeral expenses , or to you favorite local animal shelter or pet rescue.
