Obituary

Mr. Billy J. Langley, 87, of Plainville, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, December 11, 2022, after several years of declining health. He was born in Floyd County on April 29, 1935. He was preceded in death by his wife in 2014, Linda Faye Whitfield Langley.
Billy was the owner of Bills Bargain Barn.
He is survived by his son, Christopher Joe Langley; grandchildren, Jessica Langley Spivey, Byron Langley, Cross Langley; great-grandchildren, Memphis Spivey, Wylder Langley, Addison Joy Langley, Brayden Langley, and Chasity Langley; a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
The funeral service will be held on Friday, December 16, 2022, at 1:00 PM from the Chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home, with Bro. Matthew Reynolds officiating. Burial will follow in Scott Cemetery. Pallbearers serving are Cross Langley, Byron Langley, Frankie Langley, Tony Langley, and Gene Grisham.
The family will receive friends before the service on Friday from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home.
