Anna Taylor, loving wife of James Sidney Talyor, died at Erlanger Medical Center on Sunday, September 12, 2021, following injuries received in a car accident. She was born on May 13, 1947, in East Derry, New Hampshire to the late Harold Deering and Viola Wilson Deering. She is survived by her step-mother, Leola Mitchel Deering. She was preceded in death by her son, Jeffery Taylor.
She is survived by her children, Shana (Mark) Cheeks, Melody (Larry) Gilley, Dawna (Culton Thomas) Taylor, Lena (Mark) Freeman, Quinlan (Narges) Rakin, and Jon (Heather) Taylor; grandchildren, Naomi, Tara, Ashlee, Cadi, Cody, Dylan, Jake, Corinna, Emma, Marnie, Sydnei, Cyrus, Sophia, Anson, Abbi, and Aiden; great grandchildren, Mark Lucas, Ruby, Rosie, Conner, Melanie, Sophia, Adelie, Lily, Kylie, Brayden, Rawlings, Sheperd, Archer, Penelopi, Noalie, Lyrik, Ansen, Isaac, and Zachary; other friends and relatives also survive.
Her family will have a gathering of friends at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home on Sunday, September 19, 2021, from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.
Instead of flowers, the family suggests that donations to help with the life-altering expenses faced by her daughter, Shana Cheeks, who was with her in the accident.
