Ann Witt

Ann Witt, 77, of Calhoun, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, October 19, 2025. She was born on May 21, 1948, to the late Thurman and Nena Holcomb Bennett. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Hilburn Bennett.

She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church.

Ann is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, William “Billy” Witt; sons and daughters-in-law, Kelvin and April Witt, Jason and Carrie Witt; daughter and son-in-law, Tammy and Brent Boston; and many grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 23, 2025, from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home.

The funeral service will follow on Thursday at 1:00 PM from the Chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Blackwood Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers are Brent Boston, Josh Boston, Stacey Hughey, Stephen Ralston, Joe Darby, and Johnny Gresham.
